ORDER:
This petition was originally filed as C.A.No.1545 of 2013 in in O.A.No.5218 of 2013 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to summon the respondents and punish them for wilfully and
2 C.C(AT).No.17 of 2023 deliberately violating orders of the Tribunal dated 09.07.2013 in O.A.No.5218 of 2013. After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.17 of 2023.
02. There is no representation for the petitioner.
03. The record shows that on 09.12.2013, the Tribunal closed the contempt application with a liberty to the applicant to reopen the same after the disposal of the writ petition filed before the High Court.
04. Since the matter was already closed by A.P.A.T., no further
order is required. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
