This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned to expedite the Case No. 340 of 2023 (Sadhana and another Vs. Amritlal) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Saraikhwaja, District Jaunpur, pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur within a stipulated time or in a time frame. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 60 days, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
