Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to consider the case of petitioner for promotion on the post of Personal Assistant Grade - II with effect from the date of her junior, Mr. Sunil Kumar was granted such benefit on 25.01.2018. 3. It is submitted that earlier petitioner was visited with minor penalty which however stands expunged but the aforesaid benefit has not been granted. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Additional Director General, Technical Services, Headquarter, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
