HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 6341 of 2004 Court No. - 30 HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the instant writ proceedings were instituted against suspension order. He further informs that after inquiry the services of the petitioner have been terminated and the order of termination has been impugned by the petitioner in separate writ proceedings bearing Writ-A No.3002 of 2005. 2. In view of above situation, once the inquiry has been completed and the order of termination has been passed, cause against the suspension order stands vanished and this writ petition has been rendered infructuous for all practical purposes. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 3. Needless to mention that the writ petition filed against termination order may be pressed separately on its own merits. December 8, 2025 S.P.
