SA No.13 of 2011 Hon’ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J. (via Video Conferencing) List has been revised. None appears for the appellant, as well as for the respondents. This is a non admitted Second Appeal, which is pending consideration for hearing on admission stage ever since 2011. The record reveals that after the institution of Second Appeal, on 22.02.2011 and after issuance of the notices by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 09.03.2011, the same has been pending consideration without, any effort being made for arguing the appeal for admission.
