Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 3. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.154 of 2025, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 118(1), 115(2), 105 BNS, P.S. Sangrampur, District Amethi. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that co-accused with same allegation has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 26.11.2025. 5. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 6. Considering and adopting the reasoning contained in Paras 3, 4 & 5 of the said bail order and the allegation being similar, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant Matadeen Yadav be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Satyendra Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
