Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 19.12.2024 from the Director of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh. As per these instructions, in compliance to the decision rendered in this writ petition on 03.09.2024, due and admissible benefits have been allowed to the petitioner and his pay has also been re-fixed. Office order dated 29.11.2024 issued in that regard has also been appended alongwith the office instructions. Taking note of the aforesaid documents, the present writ petition is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any.
