The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the entire criminal proceedings arising out of Charge-Sheet No.01 dated 04.03.2024 submitted in FIR/Case Crime No.24/2024, under Section 419 IPC and Sections 6 & 10 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination Act, 1998, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Pratapgarh as well as impugned summoning order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh, in aforesaid case." 3. On account of some formal defects crept in this application, learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application with proper prayer(s), pleadings and documents in support thereof. 4. The aforesaid has not been opposed. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 6.
