fleeing away after being released from jail or tampering with the witnesses. In case the applicant is enlarged on bail, he shall not misuse the liberty of bail. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the bail application and submitted that a forged Aadhaar card of Ashish Ranjan was recovered from the applicant; however, he could not dispute the fact that the applicant is neither a solver nor the beneficiary of the alleged examination. On due consideration of the bail order of the co-accused Bhagirath Sharma @ Chandan, and the fact that the alleged recovery is not linked with the present case, there is no independent witness to the recovery, the applicant has no criminal antecedents, and he is in jail since 07.10.2025, I am of the view that this is a fit case for granting bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant Mukesh Kumar, involved in Crime No./FIR No.
