It is submitted that after the order was passed by this Court on 11.02.2022, the matter was brought to the notice of the authorities followed by a legal notice on 10.05.2023. 3. In the petition, there is neither any averment nor any document has been filed to show that after the order was passed this Court on 11.02.2022, the same was communicated to the [2025:RJ-JP:1743-DB] (2 of 2) [CMAP-106/2023] respondents. Therefore, on these pleadings, we are not inclined to revive the contempt petition. 4. The application is, therefore, dismissed however with liberty to file proper application clearly disclosing when and in what matter the order passed by this Court on 11.02.2022 was brought to the notice of the authorities.
