The respondents have filed the statement of facts in the instant petition in which they have taken a specific stand that the petitioner has failed to submit muster sheets and in the light of the aforesaid fact, the order could not be complied with. 2. Confronted with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks’ time to do the needful so that the respondents may act in furtherance of the order/judgment passed by this Court. 3. Let the muster sheets be provided within a period of two weeks to respondent No.2 and subject to furnishing of muster Sheets, the respondents are directed to comply order/judgment dated 13.12.2023 within two weeks thereafter. Sr.No. 58 2 4. At this stage, Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned GA assures the Court that in case muster sheets are provided to the said respondents, the order will be complied with. In the light of the assurance extended by Mr. Bhatia, learned GA, no fruitful purpose will be served to keep this contempt petition alive and, accordingly, same is disposed of by directing the petitioner to provide the muster sheet to respondent No. 2 within a period of two weeks from today and subject to furnishing of the said muster sheets, the respondents are directed to accord consideration to release of legitimately carved wages to the petitioner on the same lines on which such wages have been paid to other similarly circumstanced workers as directed by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2023 within two weeks thereafter. 5. Accordingly, the proceedings in the instant petition are closed. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. 6. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the instant petition in case the needful is not done within the aforesaid period on part of the respondents and in that eventuality, this Court will be constrained to initiate coercive measures against the respondents.
