Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 28.10.2025 received from Sri Sumit Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station Chinhat, District Lucknow, submits that in this case, charge sheet dated 28.10.2025 has been forwarded to the Court, thus, the present petition has lost it's efficacy, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
