Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Bermo P.S. Case no. 140 of 2024, for the offence under section 309(6) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat. On 17.10.2024 at about 03:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by unknown persons, near Jaridih Bazar. The accused persons looted away Rs. 1,70,000/- from him. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 11 of this Bail Application. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Bermo P.S.
