The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 258/2023 arising out of Bokaro Sector 12 P.S. Case No. 32/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 & 504 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro. 3. On 01.04.2023 between 8:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M., the informant and petitioner were consuming liquor together. Due to some dispute, the petitioner stabbed the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about two years. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl.
