Learned A.G.A. states on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, Sub-Inspector, P.S. Purwa, District Unnao dated 28.111.2025 that a charge sheet dated 23.08.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. She further states that Section 109 of the B.N.S., 2023 has been added while Section 110 of the B.N.S., 2023 has been deleted. 2. The aforesaid statement is recorded. 3. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to them. 4.
