Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. It is informed that the petitioner has also challenged the issuance of a legal heir certificate in favour of one Vimala before the second respondent, who is the competent authority. 4. Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s appeal, in the light of the judgment rendered in O.S.No. 175 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi, wherein the Civil Court has held that the said Vimala is not one of the legal heirs of the deceased. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
