The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 11.12.2023 to conduct enquiry and cancelling the fraudulent Death Certificate issued by the fourth respondent for Thogaimayil on 22.02.2023. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3.
