Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office communication dated 24.07.2025 and on that basis submits that amount due to the petitioner in terms of DCRG and leave encashment now stands paid to him, only the interest on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits is to be released in favour of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that payment in lieu of interest on account 1CWP No.12130 of 2024 decided on 22.11.2024. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes of delayed payment of retiral benefits shall also be made by the respondents within three weeks. 3. In view of aforesaid submission, this execution petition is disposed of with hope and trust that interest due to the petitioner on account of late payment of retiral benefits shall be paid within three weeks, i.e. by 19.08.2025, as submitted by learned counsel for the respondent.
