GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the Respondent No. 3 calling the Petitioner to their Police Station at the behest of Respondent No. 4 to settle the Civil Transaction between Petitioner and Respondent No. 4 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Art. 21 of Constitution of India.” 2 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to call the Petitioner to the Police Station, in the absence of any crime registered against the Petitioner. Police are further directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4. There shall be no order as to costs.
