Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioners have sought for the following substantial relief:- "A writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus a writ, order or direction in nature of "Mandamus" thereby directing and commanding to the opposite parties no. 2 to de-freeze the saving bank Account No. 33386547142; IFSC Code SBIN0013427, Branch-RDSO Manak Nagar, District-Lucknow and the petitioners may be allowed to operate their account as earlier they were able to operate it." 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the bank account of the petitioners has been frozen on the instructions of the Cyber Cell Division. He further submits that Rs.58,700/- has been credited in the account of the petitioners by way of a cyber fraud. 4. In light of the same, the Bank is directed to allow operation of the bank account of the petitioners after freezing the amount of Rs.58,700/-.
