Vide order dated 16.05.2025 and 24.07.2025, this Court has issued summons to the witness mentioned in para 5(iii) of the petition to appear alongwith the relevant record for examination of records on 30.05.2025 and 28.07.2025 before Ld. Sole Arbitrator. Despite service of summons through all modes, the concerned person failed to appear before the Ld. Arbitral Tribunal on 30.05.2025, This is a digitally signed order. In view of submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present application for summoning witness to appear before Ld. Sole Arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). At request, diet money to the witness be paid on the spot. At request, dasti summons be also issued as per rules. General Manager PIU, MPRRDA is directed to ensure the appearance and production of the summon record before the Ld.
