NIL The Court made the following: ORDER: This petition was originally filed as C.A.No.75 of 2015 in O.A.No.3173 of 2014 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to summon the respondents and punish them for wilfully and deliberately violating orders of the Tribunal dated 25.04.2014 in 2 C.C(AT).No.6 of 2023 O.A.No.3173 of 2014. After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.6 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioners. 03. The record shows that the notice was ordered and served on the respondents. Further, on 07.07.2015, A.P.A.T. closed the contempt application by discharging the contemnors and giving a liberty to the petitioners to seek for reopening the C.A. subject to the result of the writ petition. 04. Ms.C.Indrani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II, placed on record a copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Anantapur vide R.C.No.3790/B2/2014 dated 26.02.2020 showing the directions of the A.P.A.T in O.A No.3173 of 2014 have been complied with. 05. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
