GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.2 in forcing us to remove the Cattle Shed, Bath Rooms and compound wall situated in between our houses bearing Door No. 6/2, Kurchukuntapalle, Chilamakur, Kadapa, Y.S.R District and Door No.6/13, Kurchukuntapalle, Chilamakur, Kadapa, Y.S.R District in Sy.No.290 of Kurchukunta Palle, H/o. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents.
