This writ petition is filed with following prayers :- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the commanding to the Respondent No.2 to 4 to provide one notional salary increase and also provide amount of gratuity alongwith interest from the date of his retirement within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the light of Government order dated 21/01/2025 issued by the Director of Education (Intermediate) Shiksha Pension (2), Anubhag, Prayagraj. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to take appropriate decision upon the representation of the petitioner dated 24/01/2025, which is still pending before the Respondents, so that justice may be done." 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of petitioner, if any, will be considered in terms of Government Order dated 21.01.2025 issued by Director of Education (Intermediate), Shiksha Pension (2) Anubhag, Prayagraj and in case there is any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner within a short period. 3. Considering aforesaid submission of learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within a short period and in case of legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
