Heard Sri Shashank Shukla, the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. At the outset the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has erroneously impleaded the Civil Judge, Senior Division, District Gonda as opposite party to the petition. Upon the oral request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner he is permitted to delete the name of the Court from the array of opposite parties forthwith. 3. Keeping in view the reliefs sought and the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the opposite parties is dispensed with. 4. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, District Gonda to decide Regular Suit No.344 of 2012; Mohd. Ahmad Vs. Ram Avtar and others expeditiously. 5. The petitioner has filed the aforesaid suit for perpetual injunction and declaration in the year 2012. The defendants have put in appearance and pleadings already stands concluded and the suit is at the stage of recording defendant evidence. Meanwhile, the petitioner has attained the age of 63 years. 6. In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of and a direction is issued to learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, District Gonda to decide Regular Suit No.344 of 2012; Mohd. Ahmad Vs. Ram Avtar and others Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shashank Shukla, Prachi Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : Mohd. Ahmad .....Petitioner(s) Civil Judge (Senior Division) Distt. Gonda And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) expeditiously in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
