Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0487 of 2024 under sections 64(2)(Da) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Nanpara, District Bahraich. 3. It is argued that the applicant was enlarged on bail by this court in other sections of the BNS pertaining to the same crime no.0487 of 2024 vide order passed today in bail application no. 13356 of 2024. 4. Considering the fact that the applicant has been granted bail in other sections, he is also entitled for bail in the present section also. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5.
