This Order under Review is passed on 14.06.2021 in W.P.No.4058/2016. Learned Single Judge who has passed the order is now not the sitting judge of this Court. Hence, the matter is placed before this Court. 3. Considering the materials on record, it is noticed that the review is sought based on the additional documents which were not produced by the petitioner-Corporation, in Writ Petition the review petitioner was respondent. 4. The Writ Petition filed in the year 2016 was disposed of in the year 2021. The petition was pending consideration before the Court since 2016 to 2021. Under these circumstances, this Court does not find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the Writ Petition No.4058/2016, as per the materials placed in the Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 7. I.A.No.2/2022 seeking production of additional documents is dismissed.
