GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Mandamus, for the following relief: “…to issue appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by directing the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations made by the petitioner and pass such other order or orders…” 2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent seeking information as to what action has been initiated against the 3rd respondent in pursuance of the orders dated 21.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24746 of 2023. Complaining non consideration of the said representation, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Heard Sri Konduri Nanda Kishore, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri ASC Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation. 4. In view of the fact that the representation dated 15.03.2024 is pending for consideration, this court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 15.03.2024, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
