By means of this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, petitioner wants expeditious disposal of Execution Case No.- 25 of 2023 (Sarvesh Jain and others v. Smt. Rani Dubey) arising out of SCC Suit No. 100002 of 2018 (Sarvesh Jain and others v. Smt. Rani Dubey) pending before the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lalitpur. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with following directions: a) In the event any objection is pending either under Section 47 C.P.C. or Order 21 Rule 97 C.P.C. the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties to execute the proceedings. b) After disposal of the Section 47 C.P.C. objection if the execution case survives, the court will proceed to decide the execution case giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties within a further period of two months.
