He further submits that it has been disclosed in the said I.A. that compromise has taken place between the parties and the amount has already been paid to the claimants. He submits that in view of that, the prayer made in the I.A. may kindly be allowed. 2. For the reasons assigned in the I.A., the prayer in the said I.A. is allowed. 3. Accordingly, I.A. No.7163 of 2025 is disposed of. 4. Consequently, M.A. No.247 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. The statutory amount deposited before this Court shall be transmitted back to the concerned learned Tribunal and the amount will be disbursed by the learned Tribunal on proper application.
