Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a demand draft No. 129929, dated 24.04.2025, drawn at State Bank of India, amounting to Rs. 1,64,000/-, made in favour of petitioner-Labh Singh, to the

[2] Also, learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to pay the maintenance on monthly basis by 10th of each month in the bank account of petitioner, the detail of which is annexed with the application bearing CM- 5763-CII-2025 as Annexure A-2. [3] In view of the above, no cause survives in the present contempt petition, the same is disposed off accordingly. [4] Rule stands discharged. [5] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand
disposed off.
