The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandwara P.S. Case No.28 of 2024 (G.R.No.192 of 2025) for the offence registered under sections 498(A), 323, 504/34 of IPC and section 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a petition under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad and thereafter the present complaint case has been lodged by the wife. He submits that the allegations are false. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of demand of dowry and assault. 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioner is husband, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions and surety as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
