This Court passed the following order on 22.3.2024: "This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 19.02.2024, bearing Case Crime No.0079 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station- Asandra, District - Barabanki. Learned counsel for the parties state that compromise is being entered into between the parties, which will be filed within one week. In view of the aforesaid, let the matter come up on 22.04.2024, as fresh, showing the name of Sri Ashutosh, Advocate as counsel for the respondent in the cause list. In the meantime, compromise if arrived at, be filed. In view of the aforesaid statement of opposite party No.4, it is provided that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 19.02.2024, bearing Case Crime No.0079 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station- Asandra, District-Barabanki." 4. After the aforesaid order was passed, a compromise was filed on 26.7.2024 which was directed to be verified before the Senior Registrar of this Court. 5. The Senior Registrar submitted a report dated 2.8.2024 disclosing Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Ashutosh Ekhlak Khan And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) therein that petitioner no. 1 i.e. Ekhlak Khan son of Altaf Khan has not signed on each page of the compromise deed, therefore, it could not be verified. 6. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions submits that charge sheet dated 30.6.2024 has been filed in the court of ACJM, Court No. 23, Barabanki on 24.12.2024, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy. 7.
