Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 28.04.2026:- “Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instruction dated 27.04.2026 and on that basis submits that the judgment in question stands implemented. Though, the above is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, however, the cost imposed upon the respondents in the previous order has not been paid to the petitioners. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 At the request of learned Deputy Advocate General, list on 29.04.2026 for the aforesaid purpose.” 2. During the course of hearing today, learned Deputy Advocate General has handed over four separate cheques of 2000/- each drawn in the name of the petitioners to their learned counsel towards the cost imposed in the order dated 07.04.2026. 3. In view of above, the present proceedings are closed with liberty reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of their surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
