The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be allow the petitioner and the Respondent may kindly be directed to provide the Employment provident fund, Employee provident fund, Gratuity and Leave Encashment to the Petitioner with interest of 12% from the date of his retirement. 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has served with the respondent-Department and after attaining the age of superannuation, retired from service on 30.11.2024 After his retirement, the retiral dues for which he was entitled was not paid to him. He further submits that he has requested the Department vide letters dated 05.12.2024 and 20.12.2024 to provide his retiral dues, but the Department has not considered and decided the same till date. 4. Learned counsel for respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed along with writ petition. 3 6. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, without commenting anything on merits of claim of petitioner, at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner in accordance with law and to disburse all the retiral dues expeditiously, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from today. 7.
