Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioner, praying for amendment of typographical mistake in mentioning the FIR No. in the Cause Title of the said Bail Application. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR No. has been mentioned that the bail application has Paltanbazar P. S. Case No. Page No.# 3/3 197/2023 however, the correct FIR No. is Paltanbazar P. S. Case No. 193/2023 4. As the said mistake has been committed inadvertently due to the typographical error, he prays for allowing the petitioner to correct the same by filing the amended Cause Title. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor does not oppose the prayer. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel the prayer is allowed. 7. The petitioner shall submit the amended Cause Title in the connected Bail Application No. 2434/2024 within three days from the date of this order and thereafter, take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent No.2 by the registered post with A/D as well as by usual mode within a period of seven days from the date of filing of the amended Cause Title, returnable on 22.09.2025. 8.
