Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to learned Court of Senior Division/A.C.J.M., District-Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Sessions Trial No. 2837 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 120 of 2012 under Sections 147, 149, 323, 427, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Mahrua, District- Ambedkar Nagar, State Vs. Ram Sureman Dube and Others in terms of Section 309 Cr.P.C. 3. A perusal of the order sheet shows that charges were framed on 16.12.2019 and thereafter no witness has been examined till date. It also appears that the trial court has not made efforts to secure the presence of witnesses 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Learned Court of Senior Division/A.C.J.M., District-Ambedkar Nagar to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
