Heard Shri Dinesh Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner has prayed for the following substantial relief(s): "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opp. party no.3 & 4 to provide the security gunner to the petitioner in respect of the representation dated 20.05.2025, of the petitioner contained as annexure no1, to this writ petition. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opp. parties to provide the security of one gunner to the petitioner forthwith." 3. Upon perusal of the documents, we are of the view that the authority concerned should provide the order by which the security gunner of the petitioner was removed within a period of one week from date. Once the order is provided to the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appeal before the Divisional Level Committed in accordance with law.
