The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Sale Notice dated 23.02.2021 issued by the respondent Bank in No.TGMCB/SEC/202/20-21 in respect of schedule property vide Annexure-B. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel Sri.K.V.Lokesh., on instruction submits that pursuant to the Sale Notice dated 23.02.2021, several sale notices with respect of the very same property has been issued. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respondent is placed on record. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:603 WP No. 6118 of 2021 5.
