This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 10/01/2019 (Annexure -P/1) passed by the respondent No.1, by declaring the same to be illegal and inoperative in law. 10.3. Any other relief/reliefs, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also please be granted to the petitioner.” 2) Mr. Tiwari would submit that under the Right to Information Act, 2005, an application was moved wherein respondent No.2 sought information regarding the marks obtained in the preliminary and mains examinations, as well as the marks secured by the selected candidates. He would submit that due to the pendency of WPS No.1235/2017, the required information was not provided to respondent No.2. However, as the said petition has been disposed of vide order dated 04.09.2024, the information sought by respondent No.2 as Item No.1 can now be provided in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Kerala Public Service Commission and others v. State Information Commission and another, (2016) 3 SCC 417. He would further submit that the marks obtained by the selected candidates are already available on the web portal of the CGPSC. He would also submit that the petition may be disposed of accordingly. 3) On the other hand, Ms. Mishra would oppose the submissions. 4) Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is ready to supply the information sought by respondent No.2 with regard to the marks obtained in the preliminary and mains examinations, at this juncture, the petition is disposed -3- of with a direction to the petitioner to provide the said information preferably within a period of 30 days. 5) The other information sought by respondent No.2 is already available on the official web portal of the CGPSC; therefore, no further direction is required to be issued for providing the list of marks obtained by the selected candidates. 6) Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself.
