Applicant in Application U/S 482 No. 5756 of 2019 has prayed for expediting and concluding the proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 206 of 2003, arising out of Case Crime No. 52A of 1999, under Sections 394, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gosainganj, District Lucknow. Mr. Subhash Chandra, learned Advocate holding brief of Mr. Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant-Ram Chandra states that both the cross cases have ended in acquittal of the parties, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these applications.
