Present petition has been filed to direct the opposite party no.2 i.e. Settlement Officer Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the stay vacation application dated 19.08.2025 filed in Appeal/Case No. 0727 of 2024 (CNR No. 20245404400000727) Budhan Khan vs Ramzan Khan & others filed under SEction 11(1) U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pertaining to Village Sandaha Majgawan, Pargana- Bidhar, Tehsil-Alapur, Disrict- Ambedkar Nagar expeditiously. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the stay vacation application of the petitioners dated 19.08.2025 has been pending for disposal before the Settlement Officer Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same, in time bound manner. 4. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the stay vacation application of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.
