Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. No one appears on behalf of the informant despite service of notice. 2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No. 307 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 316(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 111 of BNS and Section 3/5/21/23 of BUDS Act, Police Station Bangaurmau, District Unnao. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants argues that the applicants were enlarged on ad-interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.03.2025. It is stated that no chrgesheet has been filed against the applicant chargesheets and the chargesheet filed against the co-accused has been stayed. He has further stated that there is nothing on record to demonstrate that the applicants have misused the liberty of ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to them. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the ad-interim bail granted to the applicants, namely, Shahbaz alias Aman, Akib and Adnan is confirmed till filing of chargesheet on the same terms and conditions as contained in Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Praveen Kumar Yadav, Atul Krishna, Rishabh Chauhan, Vinay Kumar Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
