Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:56757-DB Court No. - 21 Case :- CIVIL MISC REVIEW APPLICATION No. - 42 of 2025 Applicant :- M/S Tejas Communication And Technology Pvt Ltd Opposite Party :- State Of Up And 17 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Udai Chandani Counsel for Opposite Party :- Dhananjay Awasthi Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. The instant review application is reported to be beyond time by 1952 days. 2. The only explanation given for approaching this court, at this juncture, is that there was lack of communication between the directors of the applicant-Company and the review application has been filed after the dispute between them has been resolved. 3. In our considered opinion, the same cannot constitute a reasonable ground for condoning the delay. Moreover, the writ petition was dismissed based on judgment passed in similar facts and circumstances in Writ-C No.54063 of 2017. In ground no.C, it has been stated that the proforma respondent no.18 (one of the petitioners) had challenged the order dated 31.01.2018 passed in the earlier writ petition before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court declined to interfere. Copy of the said order has not been annexed. 4. For all the reasons aforesaid, we find no good ground to condone the delay. 5. The delay condonation application is rejected. 6. Accordingly, the review application stands rejected. (Rohit Ranjan Agarwal, J.) (Manoj Kumar Gupta, J.) Order Date :- 17.4.2025 Ankit.
