Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner seeks enforcement of decision rendered in Kuldeep Kumar vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation & Anr.1. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office communication dated 19.07.2025 and on that basis submits that amount due to the petitioner in terms of DCRG and Leave Encashment now stands paid to him, only the interest on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits is to be released in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that payment in lieu of statutory interest on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits shall also be made by the respondents within three weeks.

In view of aforesaid submission, this execution petition is disposed of with hope and trust that interest due to the petitioner on account of late payment of retiral benefits shall be paid within three weeks, i.e. by 13.08.2025, as submitted by learned counsel for the respondent. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievance, if any, in accordance with law
