Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. Sri Pawan Srivastava appears for the informant. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.275 of 2025 under section 80(2), 85 BNS and section 3/4 DP Act, P.S. Thakurganj, District Lucknow. 3. The counsel for the applicant argues that the co-accused who were mother-in-law and father-in-law were enlarged on bail by this court vide orders dated 13.10.2025 and 15.10.2025. 4. Considering the reasoning as contained in para 3 & 5 of the said orders, which are common to all the accused, coupled with the fact that the applicant who is the husband and has no criminal history is entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Shubham Tandon be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Amritesh Kumar Tripathi, Imran Ahamad Khan, Parth Srivastava, Rajat Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Shubham Tandon .....Applicant(s) State Pf U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
