Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to bona fide mistake name of respondent No.5 could not be sent to the Director of Medical Education for verification. The name of respondent No.5 has already been sent to the university, however, as it was not required earlier, it could not be sent to the Director of Medical Education. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have filed a representation which is required to be decided otherwise future of respondent No.5 will be on stake. 2. Considering the fact that the verification letter in respect of respondent No.5 has already been sent to the university, the Director of Medical Education is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders so that the future of respondent No.5 may not be on stake. The petitioner is directed to approach before the concerned authorities on 21.4.2025 along with the relevant documents in respect of respondent No.5 and in turn the Director of Medical Education is required to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on or before 26.4.2025 which is the last date for online registration. 3.
