Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. Notice to respondent no. 5 is hereby dispensed with. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- ". Issue appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No. 4 to decide the Representation letter dated 17.11.2011 (Annexure No. 13) in the light of financial approval letter dated 31.08.2009 (Annexure no. 11) to this Writ Petition. 2 Issue appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to pay the salary and other allowances to the Petitioners, along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum with effect from the date of appointment till the date of actual payment. 3. And further be pleased to pass any other Writ, Order or Direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. " The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioners were appointed on class-IV posts in the institution in question, after prior permission granted by the District Inspector of Schools, but for either reasons, the payment of salary has not been made to them. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that information was sought from the institution and it has been informed that the petitioners are not Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vipul Sinha, Saurabh Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Amrish Kumar Tiwari And 4 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Secondary Edu. Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) working in the institution. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioners are permitted to move a fresh representation while raising their claims, within period of 15 days before respondent no. 2, and if such representation is moved within aforesaid period, the respondent no. 2/Director, Secondary Education, U.P., is hereby directed to consider and decide the same, within a period of eight weeks, with speaking and reasoned order, after hearing all the stakeholders, from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
