Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhurwa P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 (S.T. No.309 of 2025), for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 316(5) and 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-XV, Ranchi. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady with the intention to marry her, later on, he refused to marry her. It appears that petitioner has taken money of several persons. Mr. Bibhash Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no allegation that the petitioner has taken money from the prosecutrix. It was further submitted that both the parties were having consensual physical relationship. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-XV, Ranchi, in connection with Dhurwa P.S.
