Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Faizabad to decide the application for restoration/recall of order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 6 of 2021 in accordance with law expeditiously, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
